How to Get a Divorce in Rhode Island
Divorce may or may not have been a difficult decision for you, but once
you have decided to make the decision, you may be wondering what steps

In Rhode Island, a divorce will either be deemed "no-fault" or
"fault." There must be grounds for divorce, and a no-fault divorce
would include grounds such as irreconcilable differences or living separate
for at least three years. A fault divorce may have grounds such as:
