PROFESSIONAL: In 1981, Attorney Sullivan commenced a private practice in association with Connors and Kilguss. In 1991, the association of Kilguss and Sullivan was formed. In 1994, Patricia A. Sullivan commenced her non-associated practice. Member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Former Member ofThe Edward P. Gallogly American Inn of Court holding the highest rank of Master. Family Court Bail Commissioner. Family Court Guardian Ad Litem. Superior Court Standing Master In Chancery. Notary Public. Formerly served as an ad hoc administrative hearing officer for the Department of Environmental Management. Formerly adjunct professor at Bridgewater State College, teaching Family Law and Corporate Law in the paralegal program. First woman attorney at the Rhode Island Legislative Counsel. First woman attorney to serve a Jaycee chapter. Former Legal Counsel to the Environmental Quality Study Commission.
