What is a Pre-Nuptial Agreement?

A Pre-Nuptial Agreement is a contract between two persons who are intending to marry each other. Primarily, a Pre-Nuptial Agreement regulates the dispositon of assets acquired by each party prior to the marriage in the event of a divorce or death.
